Posting by Shrikant Electronics of the amended and restated Agreement and your continuous use of the Site shall be deemed to be acceptance of the amended terms. This Agreement may not otherwise be modified, except in writing by an authorized officer of Shrikant Electronics. Also, Shrikant Electronics will not be liable to state the changes to existing users. Charges and Fees - Paid Services

Pricing/Typographical Error

Pricing on the product is as it shows, however, due to any technical issue, typographical error, or product information received from our suppliers, prices of the product may vary. shrikantelectronics.com will try to be accurate, however, if you come across any difference in pricing on the shrikantelectronics.com website pre and post orders, we request you to contact us within 72 (Seventy Two) hours of placing your order. The refund of the amount would be done according to the Bank’s policy - i.e. In case of Credit Card, the refund of the amount will be done in 15 days. In case of Debit Card, the refund of the amount will be done in 30 days in the account of the customer. The mode of refund will be the same as at the time of placing the order. Registered Users

• (b) maintain and promptly amend all information to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete.

Each User hereby grants an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, and royalty-free license to Shrikant Electronics to display and use all information provided by such User in accordance with the purposes set forth in this Agreement.

Mandatory Declaration

You hereby declare that you have provided all necessary legal details for the shipment of the product to the destination specified by you in the Order.

You further declare that the Product will be acquired for the personal use of the Consignee and/or Buyer. The Product will not be sold, resold, bartered, or in any way disposed of for profit.

Transactions between Buyers and Suppliers

Through the Site, Shrikant Electronics provides an electronic web-based platform for exchanging information between buyers and suppliers of products and services.

Each User acknowledges that they fully assume the risks of purchase and sale transactions when using the Site to conduct transactions. Each User hereby agrees to indemnify and save Shrikant Electronics, its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees harmless from any and all losses, claims, liabilities (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) which may arise from such User's use of the Site (including but not limited to the display of such User’s information on the Site) or from their breach of any terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Shrikant Electronics shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever (including but not limited to damages for loss of profits or savings, business interruption, loss of information), whether in contract, negligence, tort, or otherwise, or any other damages resulting from any of the following:

• The use or the inability to use the Site.
• Any defect in goods, samples, data, information, or services purchased or obtained from a User or a third-party service provider through the Site.
• Unauthorized access by third parties to data or private information of any User.
• Statements or conduct of any User of the Site.
• Any matters relating to Paid Services however arising, including negligence.

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our Acquiring bank from time to time.

Delivery Conditions

We assure you to use a reliable courier service to deliver your product on the committed time. However, in case of any delay due to unforeseen circumstances, Shrikant Electronics will not be responsible for such delays.

Customers are advised to check the product upon receipt and email us within 24 hours in case of any issues. Failure to do so will result in Shrikant Electronics not being held responsible thereafter.

Under no circumstances shall Shrikant Electronics be held liable for any delay, failure, or disruption of products or services due to acts beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet failures, equipment failures, power outages, strikes, riots, civil disturbances, natural disasters, wars, governmental actions, and non-performance of third parties.

Cancellation Policy

There may be instances where shrikantelectronics.com is unable to accept an order and must cancel it. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion due to reasons such as non-availability of the product, service unavailability, pricing errors, or concerns flagged by our fraud prevention department.

If your order is canceled after payment, the amount will be refunded to your credit card. Promo codes used in an order will not be refunded in case of cancellation by the customer or by shrikantelectronics.com.

Third-Party Products

Shrikant Electronics is not responsible for cancellations of products purchased from third-party sellers advertised on our website. The decision solely lies with the third party, and Shrikant Electronics holds no liability for such cancellations.

Receipt of Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us at customerservices@shrikantelectronics.com.in within 24 hours for a replacement. We will arrange a pickup and send a replacement if available or issue a refund.

Credit Card Details

You confirm that the credit card details provided by you for transactions on shrikantelectronics.com are accurate and belong to you. We are not responsible for any fraudulent transactions made using your credit card.

Fraudulent/Declined Transactions

shrikantelectronics.com reserves the right to recover costs from individuals who engage in fraudulent activities on the site. Legal action may be taken against such individuals for misuse of the platform.

Replacement Policy

shrikantelectronics.com makes every effort to service the orders placed with them, as per the specification and delivery timelines mentioned against each product. Thereafter no replacement/refund shall be entertained.

Disclaimer: "ANY DECISION ON 7 DAY REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE ON THE PRODUCT/S SOLD BY shrikantelectronics.com is at the sole discretion of shrikantelectronics.com and decision shrikantelectronics.com shall be final and binding. shrikantelectronics.com reserves the right to withdraw from 7 DAY REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE at any time without giving any intimation of whatsoever nature."

After-sales service is provided by the authorized service centers of the respective manufacturing companies. For product service requirements, kindly contact us on the above-mentioned contact details for the same.

You can ask for the replacement of delivered products within 7 days from the date of delivery subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Replacement of products in case of any short shipment or defect found in the product and the same products will be shipped to you as a replacement subject to availability.
• Replacement is offered for the product/s sold by shrikantelectronics.com ONLY.

Apart from the conditions reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement under this Replacement Guarantee:

• Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product.
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
• Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.
• Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.

Scratch Card Scheme

This scheme is promoted by Shrikant Electronics (A Unit of Shrikant Electronics). The scheme will be valid on selected categories of products bought only from Shrikant Electronics. The scheme is valid only on the participating brands except Sony, Realme, Apple & OnePlus. The scheme will not be valid on gift items. This promotional offer will be available on all products as specified in the showroom. For more details, contact the showroom.

Specially designed packages (a combination of two or more products with a special price) will be treated as one product. In case of return of purchased product, the promotional benefit will have to be returned in full and in its original form. Products are available without the offers also.

The scheme is non-transferable and non-negotiable for the winning customer. Partly or fully unpaid bills will automatically disqualify from the scheme. Employees of Shrikant Electronics, associate agencies, dealers, resellers, and institutional customers are not eligible to participate in the scheme. All legal liabilities like TDS and other government liabilities will be borne by the customer.

Images shown in the communication are representative of the actual product & may vary in color and appearance. In the event of the scheme becoming void or prohibited by law, Shrikant Electronics reserves all rights and has no liabilities for any compensation in lieu of this offer.

Shrikant Electronics reserves the absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms & conditions of this offer without any prior notice or assigning reason and compensation. The decision of Shrikant Electronics (A unit of Shrikant Electronics) in relation to the offer and matters incidental thereto shall be final and binding on the customer.

Disputes, if any, in respect of the offer should be sent in writing to Shrikant Electronics, 15, Subhash Road, Gandhisagar, Nagpur, India - Pin- 440018.

The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against Shrikant Electronics. Any and all disputes, controversies, and conflicts arising out of the offer shall be referred to a sole arbitrator in Indore Jurisdiction.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from shrikantelectronics.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
